About
I’m an industrial designer working on consumer products from early commercial framing through to manufacture. My role is to clarify positioning, constraints and risk, aligning stakeholders around a clear direction before design begins.
From there, I apply a structured development process, rigorously exploring user and market needs before developing concepts that meet defined criteria. I work closely with product management and senior leadership to shape the proposition early and ensure decisions remain coherent as projects progress toward production.
A significant part of my work involves identifying risk upfront, defining viable routes forward and making trade-offs explicit, protecting the core product vision while keeping development grounded in technical and commercial realities.
Increasingly, my focus is on establishing clarity at the outset of a project, recognising that the quality of early decisions directly shapes the complexity and trade-offs that follow.
