About
I work on consumer products from early commercial framing through to manufacture. Having worked predominantly in-house throughout my career, my value lies in navigating the full product development process rather than contributing to a single stage.
My background is in industrial design, although my work increasingly focuses on what happens before design begins: identifying unmet user and market needs, clarifying positioning and establishing clear criteria to define what success looks like. Setting that foundation shapes the quality of the early decisions that in turn determine how coherent a product remains throughout development.
I work closely with product management and senior leadership to make risk and compromise visible from the outset and at every stage. In practice, that means defining viable routes forward, acknowledging trade-offs explicitly, and protecting the core product vision as technical and commercial pressures emerge.
